When will I get a refund after I rejected my order?

If you rejected the order, the goods will be returned to the sender (Likepax). When the tracking information shows the parcel is returning, you can contact the customer to check. And after we confirming the return of the parcel, we will refund to your payment account within 1-3 working days, or return it to your designated account. For specific refund time limits, please refer to the after-sales refund section.

Notice: If your order is a special order such as COD, slashed and snatched order payed with Points, sender(Likepax) will not refund.
