Bought a second time after the first time i was sent two of the same piece instead of a mirrored pair (got refunded promptly). This time i got a proper pair.
I noticed reviews complaining about them being too small, i struggled with that for a bit too but then i realised i was just putting them on wrong. The bit with the pin that goes through the ear needs to be on the part of the cuff that goes below, see the attached pictures. So if it seems too small, try that.
