Item is as shown. Cover is very light weight, i’ using it to keep dust & moisture off my ebike on my enclosed porch. Ok for rain, but i wouldn’t trust it to not tear in a windy place over time. This should fit average sized bikes and ebikes. Perfect for my situation. Folds very compact if you want a portable rain cover when parked mid-ride/rain emergencies.
