I bought it as a lightweight emergency lock for the saddle bag for the racing bike when I want to quickly buy an ice cream or something during a coffee stop without carrying a 2kg chain lock. It will be sufficient for the purpose, but of course one shouldn’t complete anything valuable with it; it only helps to ensure that one doesn’t simply take a bike with them directly, but it can probably even be cracked with scissors.
