      Positive: The spring is strong, you need a lot of force to bend the springs. A good training.

      The device seems to be very stable, it won’t break quickly.

      Negative: Not suitable for small, weak, or very old people. You need a lot of strength to even be able to train with the device. Otherwise it can cause damage.

      The device is too short, you can only get your hand through it very hard. It feels like you have to break your fingers.

      The upholstery is very cheap and poor. It causes pain when used.
